BJM Pumps was founded in 1983 and offer a wide variety of pumps suitable for applications in the industrial, municipal and dewatering markets. They are committed to customer satisfaction and continue to improve their product line through research and development. The BJM Pumps product line ranges from 1/6th to 125HP and with each designed for multiple applications.
BJM Pumps manufacturing facilities follow ISO 9001 manufacturing system procedures. Pumps are constructed of robust materials such as 316 CAST Stainless Steel, Noryl, HI-Chrome Iron and Cast Iron. All pumps over 1/2HP are offered with double mechanical seals and potted electrical cable connections to protect the motor.
Solids Handling
BJM Pumps solids handling line includes your standard non-clog style pumps along with BJM Shredder Pump and patented RAD-AX® Dual Shredding Technology. The BJM Shredder Pumps are available in corrosion resistant and high temperature models which also makes them a great fit for applications in beverage bottling, meat, fish, and poultry plants, food processing, chemical wastes, paper mills, amusement parks, campgrounds, schools, sports centers and medical facilities.
Corrosion Resistant
The corrosion resistant line of pumps is built with 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance to minimize repair and replacement costs. This line is field-proven and handles corrosive materials that wear down cast iron pumps such as Acidic and Caustic Chemicals, Food Processing Residue, Liquids and By-product.
Fahrenheit High Temperature
The high temperature line can handle water temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). Durable and reliable to keep your production running, even in 24/7 continous duty. A wide variety of their lines are available in high temp versions.
Explosion Proof
The explosion proof line is designed for use in Class I, Division 1, Groups C & D hazardous locations with FM-Approved explosion proof motors. They are offered in a wide range of models and meet NFPA (70), NEC and OSHA requirements.
General Dewatering
BJM Pumps offers a wide variety of dewatering pumps that are ideal for use in construction, mining and sump applications.
Sand, Sludge & Slurry
The sand, sludge and slurry line are built for tough applications such as mining, hydraulic fracking, mineral processing, steel production, drilling mud, slurry transport, sand and gravel, lime slurry or fly ash.
Hydraulic
The Hydraulic-Driver Slurry Pump line is built for tough applications. These pumps are intrinsically safe and offer variable speeds for optimum performance in tough applications involving gravel, sand and slurry. These pumps are ideal for applications where electric power is not available.
